Be certain that your online business appears professional to the consumer. Make your auction page appear orderly, and with plenty of images and good descriptions. Check it for grammatical or spelling errors to make sure that your DVD auction looks credible.

#2 - Underestimating Overhead Costs

If you see that the profit from the sale of your DVDs is not enough to cover your overhead costs then you are doing nothing but losing money. A big mistake that a lot of online business owners will make is that they do not calculate the overhead costs when they are deciding what they should charge for a DVD. #5 - Terrible Customer Service


Even if you have no goal to build a repeat customer base it is never a good practice to provide rude and unprofessional customer service in your online business. The reason that you should hone your customer service skills is because customers can leave you positive or negative feedback. The more positive feedback that you have, the more credible your business will be and vice versa. Treat all of your customers like V.I.P. customers and you are sure to be a success.
